Order Processing & Delivery
All standard orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Regions: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on delivery location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and unforeseen logistical circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on eligible prepaid orders above the minimum cart value displayed during checkout.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and courier partner information.
You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment status.
Courier Partners
Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post / Speed Post, or other reliable regional courier providers depending on service availability for your location.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather disruptions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or courier partner operational issues.
Monreau shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing orders.
We are unable to modify or redirect shipping addresses once an order has been dispatched.
Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or rejected delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
Custom / Bulk Orders
Delivery timelines for bulk, corporate, or customized orders may differ depending on the order quantity and requirements. Estimated dispatch timelines for such orders will be communicated separately during order confirmation.
