Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are requested to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package from all sides. The outer packaging and seal must remain clearly visible throughout the video.

Claims may not be accepted if:

• The package is not clearly visible from all sides
• The video is incomplete, edited, or unclear
• The issue is not properly visible in the recording

This process helps us verify transit-related issues accurately and fairly.

Returns & Replacements

Replacement or refund requests may be raised within 48 hours of delivery only in the following situations:

• Product leakage or spillage
• Bottle breakage during transit
• Incorrect item received

Approved claims will be eligible for replacement or refund after successful verification by our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept:

• Returns or exchanges of used or opened fragrances
• Returns based on personal fragrance preference
• Returns for minor cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or packaging imperfections
• Sale or promotional items

As fragrances are personal-use products, opened merchandise cannot be restocked or resold.

Skin Sensitivity & Allergy Disclaimer

Each Monreau fragrance contains carefully selected ingredients. However, individual sensitivities and allergic reactions may vary from person to person.

Customers with known allergies or sensitive skin are advised to review product ingredients carefully and perform a patch test before use.

If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified medical professional.

Monreau shall not be held responsible for any individual allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrance ingredients.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with leakage or breakage, we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund after successful verification of:

• Unboxing video
• Supporting photographs
• Order details

Please note that minor external packaging damage without product leakage or breakage may not qualify for return or refund eligibility.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
